Beyond sending your friends cool memes and searching for home decor ideas, there are few better feelings than watching your follower count grow on Instagram. It's a reminder that, yes, your aerial food shots and contouring tutorials are doing the trick.
Instagram has recently made small steps to help us keep track of who we engage with and who engages with us: There was the algorithm that placed content from accounts you have a stronger relationship with at the top of your feed, and the ability to delete triggering comments that could incite self-harm. Clearly, the ubiquitous platform is giving us more and more control over our accounts, but one major feature is still missing: In order to find out who's unfollowed you, you'll either have to scroll through your long laundry list of contacts, or resort to a third-party app or website. Here are three to try:
1. InsTrack
The dashboard on this free app includes gained and lost followers since you last refreshed it. It also shows non-followers (those who aren't following you back) and fans (those who you aren't following back). For a fee, you can see who blocked you.
2. InstaFollow
Just plug in your account information on the free app and it'll pull up your stats, including who has unfollowed you.

Download the app, and you'll see who unfollowed you, who's not following you back, and more. You can see who blocked you for free.
And remember: Don't dwell on who's unfollowed you. Dwell on all the awesome cat videos you haven't yet seen
