Recently, Facebook and Instagram go hand in hand. They both offer integration that's not likely to be found across any other social media platforms. Twitter only publishes your Instagram posts as basic web links, Facebook allows you share images directly from Instagram to your timeline and News Feed
Facebook Followers
Your friends automatically follow you. You can also let people who aren't your friends follow you.
To manage who can follow you:
Click 
in the top right and select Settings.

Select Friends or Public next to Who Can Follow Me.
Public Post Comments: Allows you to select who can comment on your public posts. Learn how to adjust who can like or comment on your public posts.
Public Post Notifications: Allows you to select if you want to get notifications when people who aren't your friends start following you and share, like or comment on your public posts.
Public Profile Info: Allows you to select who can like or comment on your public profile information, which includes profile photos, profile videos, cover photos, featured photos and News Feed updates about changes to your Intro-section. Learn how to adjust who can like or comment on your public profile information.

If you've allowed people to follow you, you can see a list of your followers by going to your profile, clicking Friends below your cover photo and then clicking More > Followers. If you don't have any followers, you won't see this option.
How Do I Follow a Hashtag on Instagram?
Right now, you can only follow hashtags using the Instagram app for Android or iPhone, but not from a web browser.
You can follow hashtags on Instagram to stay connected with interests you care about.
To follow a hashtag:
Tap any hashtag (example: #flower) you see on Instagram.
Tap Follow. Once you follow a hashtag, you'll see its photos and videos appear in feed.To unfollow a hashtag, tap the hashtag and then tap Following

How Do I Find People I know to Follow on Instagram?
To find people to follow on Instagram, you can look through your Facebook friends and people from your contact list:
