Avoiding them in the neighborhood may be hard, but its pretty easy to block the on Facebook. Facebook wouldn't disclose this to them.
Ways To Block Someone On Facebook
Blocking someone on Facebook shows your intention of wanting to stay away from them.
Step 1:By tapping on your name on the top right corner you are lead to your profile.
Step 2: Scroll down to your friend’s list and click on it.
Step 3:Find the person you want to block from there by searching his/her name in the search bar.
Step 4:Once you’ve found the friend you intend to block, hover the cursor on their name until you see a small pop-up depicting their short bio.
Step 5:Now, click on ‘Friends.’ You’ll see a drop down box as soon as you do that.
Step 6:After that, click on ‘Report/Block’ to block the person.
