If you're having trouble accessing your account, follow these steps:
Logging in with a new device?
Your email and password are your primary tools for logging into Pinterest. Make sure they’re up-to-date so that you don’t lose access to your account.
To change your email address:
If you aren’t getting the confirmation email, let us know.
To change your password:
Forgot your Pinterest email
Make sure you're logged out. Then, go to pinterest.com/password/reset and search for email addresses you may have used.

- Go to pinterest.com/logout to make sure you're logged out
- Go to pinterest.com/password/reset and find your account
- Click "Send a password reset email"
- Check the email account you use with Pinterest for a password reset email
- Follow the steps in the email to reset your password
- Log in to Pinterest with your new password

- Click the three-dot button at the top of Pinterest to open your menu
- Click Settings to open your settings
- Enter your new email address in the box
- Click Save Settings when finished
- We’ll send a confirmation email to the old address and you’ll need to confirm your address before you can use it to log in.
If you aren’t getting the confirmation email, let us know.
To change your password:
- Click the three-dot button at the top of Pinterest to open your menu
- Click Settings to open your settings
- Click Change your password…
- Enter your current password, followed by your new password (twice, to confirm)
- Click Change Password, then Save Settings
- If you can’t remember your old password, you can request a password reset.
