  3. Birth Certificate
  4. Voter ID Card
  5. Personal or Vehicle Insurance Card
  6. Marriage Certificate
  7. Official Name Change Paperwork.
For those who haven’t any ID’s from above and are Below 18
  1. Credit card
  2. Utility bill
  3. School or work ID
  4. Library card
  5. Check
  6. Bus card
  • Enter all the necessary details correctly in the form and at the last, click on Send button.


  • Upon a successful completion of your form for review, you will receive a notice "Form Submitted Successfully".
It is not certain hat your account will be recovered after submitting an appeal to Facebook, but if your profile name and details are legal and you haven’t violated Facebook terms then your account will surely recover within 3-4 Days after submitting an appeal to Facebook.

Note: Submission of wrong /false documents, would lead to a permanent disabling of the account. Once is enough to submit your details, and wait until Facebook reactivates it.
