App That Tells You Who Blocked You on Facebook

Blocked You on Facebook     No comments

App To See Who Blocked You On Facebook You just need to download as well as set up the application in your phone, trigger the application as well as begin using it. It begins tracking your Facebook task concerning good friends list the moment you trigger it. So it is yet all-natural that it could not tell you the past activity prior to its activation.

There is likewise a Google Chrome expansion of Who Deleted Me on Facebook which you can trigger and check that unfriended you on Facebook absolutely free.
See Video:

The application tells you the number of "Missing Friends", the pals that deactivate as well as new good friends you made over a certain time period. This is a fantastic nifty attribute thinking about that Facebook does not have a function which can alert you the moment your friend obstructs or unfriends you. You can inspect individuals who unfriended you and establish your documents right for future social activity.

Mac location settings

 Mac location settings     No comments

Location Services allows applications and websites to gather and use information based on the current location of your computer. You have to give your permission before an app or website can use your location data.
Your approximate location is determined using information from local Wi-Fi networks, and is collected by Location Services in a manner that doesn’t personally identify you.
mac location settings

If you allow third-party applications or websites to use your current location, you are subject to their terms and privacy policy and practices. You should review the application’s or website’s terms, privacy policy and practices to understand how they use your location and other information. Information collected by Apple is treated in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.apple.com/privacy.

Location Services in OS X

Enabling Location Services

Follow these steps to enable location services in OS X Mountain Lion or later
  • Choose System Preferences from the Apple () menu.
  • Click the Security & Privacy icon in the System Preferences window.
  • Click the Privacy tab.
  • If the padlock icon in the lower left is locked (), click it and enter an admin name and password to unlock it ().
  • Select Location Services.
  • Check the "Enable Location Services" checkbox.

Apps that you have allowed to use Location Services appear in the Privacy pane of Security & Privacy preferences. Checkboxes show whether Location Services is turned on or off for an app. If you don’t want to allow Location Services for one or more apps, you can deselect (uncheck) the checkbox next to an app's name. If you turn Location Services off for an app, you are prompted for permission the next time that app requests to use your location data.

Location Services indicator
If an app is currently using Location Services, an arrow indicator () appears in the menu bar. Click it to see which apps are using Location Services. If an app has requested your location within the last 24 hours, an arrow indicator () appears to the right of the app name in System Preferences.

Date & Time preferences

Location Services can be used for setting your time zone automatically in Date & Time preferences.

The "Set time zone automatically using current location" checkbox appears on Macs that have Wi-Fi capability. If your Mac doesn't offer this feature, manually choose the closest city.

Location Services in Safari 6 or later

When you visit a geolocation-enabled website in Safari, you are asked if you want to share your location with the site. Websites can provide helpful location-based information, such as showing you the nearest post office or bank ATM. In the sheet that appears, select the option "Remember my decision for one day" if you want to allow or disable authorization for the next 24 hours.

You can reset all website authorizations in Safari by choosing Reset Safari from the Safari menu. Select the "Reset all location warnings" option in the Reset Safari window. (Don't select the other checkboxes unless you are sure you want to reset those items as well.)

See Video:

Follow these steps to disable Location Services features in Safari:
In Safari select Safari > Preferences.
Click the Privacy icon in the Preferences window.
Select the "Deny without prompting" option.

Do You Need An Email for Facebook

 Fb Email     No comments

How To Sign Up Facebook With Email:
Signing Up
When you visit Facebook's (facebook.com) homepage, you have the option of signing in to your current Facebook account or creating a new account if you don't already have one. When you create a new account, you're asked to provide several pieces of personal information: your full name, the email address you want to use, a password, your gender and your birthday. In fact, your email address is so important to Facebook it's the only piece of information you're asked to enter -- and then re-enter as confirmation -- upon sign up.

Security
There are two reasons Facebook requires you to supply a valid email address when you sign up for a new account. The first reason has to do with security. Facebook allows only one account per email address; that means if you've already created an account using your email address, you won't be allowed to create a second using that same email. This protects Facebook from malicious users who would spam the site by creating multiple accounts using the same email address. Facebook even uses this email address to identify you; you must enter the email address, along with your password, every time you sign in.

Communication
The second reason Facebook requires all users to supply a valid email address is because it's the main way by which the social networking site communicates with its registered users. Whether you forget your password, receive a message in your Facebook inbox or have a new friend request, Facebook uses the email address you supplied when you signed up for your account to alert you by sending a message to your email inbox. Facebook even uses this email to help you set up your account, sending you a confirmation email to your inbox, which you must click to complete the Facebook registration process.

See Video:

Change Your Facebook Email

If you no longer use the email address with which you signed up for your Facebook account, you can remove it and replace it with a new contact email. Log in to your Facebook account and click on the "Account" tab in the upper right corner of the page. Click "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu. Scroll through the landing page until you see the email section; click on the "Edit" link on the far right of this section. Click on the link to "Add another email"; re-enter your Facebook password when prompted to complete the process. Select that new email address as your primary email for your Facebook account.

Who Has Viewed My Facebook Profile Recently

 FB Profile Viewers     No comments

How to know who looks at your Facebook: Have you ever wondered who viewed your Facebook profile? I know you have done it many a time. Unfortunately, there are no formal ways to get the information of your profile visitors on Facebook. But don’t worry! I got a few unofficial ways to figure out who visited your Facebook profile. You don’t have to rack your brain for doing that. I am going to walk you through the entire process of knowing your profile visitors on Facebook.

How Can I See Who Has Seen My Facebook Profile

Are you to solve ‘who viewed my Facebook profile’ chaos? Here you go.

How to See Who is Looking At Your Facebook?

You are here searching for ways to get your FB profile visitors info for Facebook doesn’t provide us with a method to do the same. I am very well aware of the fact that there are some pranks in this field as well. But you are going to read a few genuine answers for the question, ‘who views my Facebook profile’?

Can You See Who Views Your Facebook Profile?

Yes, you can! Though there are no official ways, you can do it making use of a ‘who viewed my Facebook profile Chrome extension’.

And, during my research, I have found out multiple ways for that. I am not sure about its validity, though.

Are you carrying around the open problem ‘who has been viewing my Facebook profile’? Then, you are going to be enticed with my solution in the next section.

Find Who Viewed My Facebook Profile – 4 Methods

I am going to describe four entirely different but cake walk-like process to see who has seen your Facebook profile. So, let me lead you to the core of this post without blabbering much.

Method 1: Using Facebook Profile View Notification Chrome Extension

For people looking forward to finding out who saw their Facebook profile must use this Chrome browser add-on. Follow the steps I will be describing below to know how the extension can be used to find out details on FB profile visit.

Step 1: First, you need to download the browser extension. As this one is for Google Chrome, you must download it from Chrome web store. Just visit and search for Facebook Profile View Notification there. And, you are good to go.

If you are a lazy lad like me, you can use this direct link to the extension in order to kick start ‘who viewed my Facebook profile saga’.

Step 2: You will see a web page like the image given above. As you install any other extension, simply click that blue Add to Chrome button out there. Be patient enough to give it a time to complete the download and installation process.

Step 3: You can see an extension installation notification after the same is completely added to the browser. Wow! With this, you have passed the half way to figuring out who has been visiting your Facebook profile.

Step 4: Now, visit www.facebook.com. Can you spot anything new there? Just send your eyes to the blue navigation bar with your timeline link, home, friend requests, messages, and notifications.

There, you can definitely see a new link called Visitors.

Step 5: Whenever you feel like finding out ‘who just viewed my Facebook profile,’ visit Facebook and click on the new link named Visitors. Then, you will be able to see the list of people who visits your Facebook profile.

NB.- I know it’s quite a useful extension. Truth be told, you can’t find out the entire people who are visiting your Facebook profile using this browser tool as it displays the names of people, using this add-on only. Lately, who viewed my Facebook profile virus was spreading all over the web. Fortunately, this one is not developed for user exploitation.

Warning!

Plenty of who viewed my Facebook profile extensions are available in the Chrome Store for the sole purpose of personal details theft. So make sure that you install extension from above link only.

Method 2: Using the Browser Only

You only need a browser in order to check who looks at your Facebook profile using this method. The steps are given below.

Step 1: Visit facebook.com. You will see your news feed. But you have to be at your timeline here. So click the first name of yours given on the blue navigation bar on top of the web page.

Step 2: Right-click anywhere on the page to get the menu. And, click on View page source from the small menu you get. You can press Ctrl+ U instead. Both the actions return the same result.

Step 3: Now, you can see a long page with incomprehensible codes. Press Ctrl+ F at this step to get the search box. Then, search for “InitialChatFriendsList” without quotes.

Step 4: As you can see in the image, you will see a bunch of numbers after this text. Those are the profile IDs of people who recently visited your Facebook profile. To see whose IDs are those, you need to add the same after ‘facebook.com/’ and enter into the address bar of your browser.

N.B.- I am not sure about the legibility of this method. As I said earlier, I got this one during my research. The first method is limited for it displays people with Facebook Profile Notification extension only. But this one hasn’t got any limitation. I have personally tried both methods and both of them worked for me. Proceed at your own risk.

Method 3 – Using Who Viewed My Facebook Profile Android App

Using this method, you can check who visits your Facebook profile on your Android phone.

Step 1: First of all, Download Who Viewed My Profile Android app from below download button.

Play Store

Step 2: Once you have successfully installed this app in your Android phone, open it from the App Drawer.

Step 3: Click on Login With Facebook button. (See below screenshot for reference).

Step 4: Now, Login to your Facebook account by entering your account credentials.

See Viideo:

Step 5: Once, you have successfully logged into your Facebook account. Give required permissions to the app.

Now, wait for few seconds and it will show who has visited your Facebook profile recently.

Method 4: Find Who Views Your Facebook on Your iPhone Via Social Fans App

This method is for iOS smartphone users who are still looking for ways to see who viewed my Facebook. There is an app for iOS users – Social Fans which allows you to control your social accounts. Using this app, you can get detailed analysis about your Facebook and other social media sites. Click on below button to download this app on your iPhone.

Download Social Fans

Note: This app is paid and you have to subscribe to their monthly ($27.99) or weekly plan ($6.99).

Wrapping Up

I think you have got answer of your question that “Who is looking at my Facebook profile”, don’t you? I admit the fact that it is way too difficult to find out our FB profile visitors due to the absence of an official method. But the above-given methods will serve your need to a greater extent for sure.

If you experience any problem in tracing out who views your Facebook profile, you can let me know of it by dropping a comment here. I will reach out to you as early as possible to solve the issue.

What Happens If You Deactivate Your Facebook Account

 facebook account     No comments

Facebook has endured several scandals in recent years, and they invariably concern the privacy and security of its users. This led to the #DeleteFacebook campaign, and you might have been tempted to delete Facebook as a result.

However, there is another option. Rather than deleting Facebook, you can just deactivate your account. But what does it mean to deactivate your Facebook account? In this article we’ll give you the facts about deactivating Facebook…
Deleting vs. Deactivating a Facebook Account

First, we need to clarify that there’s a difference between deleting and deactivating your Facebook account. They’re not interchangeable.

Essentially, deactivation is for people who aren’t completely certain they want to leave Facebook forever. If you just want to take a sabbatical from social media, deactivation is a good option, although it’s not the only one. You could merely ignore Facebook for a while without deactivating it, but that depends on how tempted you’ll be to return.

Deleting Facebook, meanwhile, is more permanent. It’s a decision not to be taken lightly; indeed, there are plenty of reasons not to delete Facebook. If you delete your account you can’t come back and expect any of your data to still be intact. There is a way to start again, but we’ll return to that later in the article.
