Unfriending on Facebook Etiquette

 Unfriend     No comments

Unfriending on Facebook Etiquette: Sometimes you start to feel like people are cramming your Facebook page and you may want to unfriend some especially the ones you are not close to. Or you and your friend may have drifted or fallen out over some issue. We would be showing you how to unfriend people you no longer want as friends on Facebook.

Steps To Unfriend Someone
  • Go to the Timeline of the person you wish to unblock.
  • Click the Friends button.
  • A menu appears that is for assigning people to Friend Lists. The last item in this list is Unfriend.
  • Click the Unfriend link.
  • A window pops up asking if you’re sure you want to remove this friend.
  • Click the Remove from Friends button.
Take a moment of silence. Okay, that was long enough.

Facebook doesn't notify them when you unfriend them, but some of your close friends have a tendency to notice on their own that, you’re not in their list of friends anymore. This can lead to some form of awkwardness, so you may want to consider using your privacy settings to further limit these people’s knowledge of your life before you unfriend them.

Most people carry out periodic friend-cleaning. For example, after relocation, you may notice that you want to keep in touch with some people from that chapter in your life; others you may want to unfriend.

Who See my Facebook Profile not Friend

 Facebook Profile     No comments

Who See my Facebook Profile not Friend: You may wonder who and who visits your profile, there is no sure  way to determine the identities of users who visit your profile, and any service or method that claims to do so is most likely inaccurate. It's also worth knowing that, due to the News Feed's algorithm, visiting people's profiles is less common than it used to be in the past. We would help you make calculated guesses on who your profile visitors are in this article.

How to Know Your Facebook Profile visitors

Method 1

Using Your Friends List
  • Log in to Facebook.
  • Click your name tab. It's in the upper-right corner of the Facebook page. This takes you to your Facebook profile page.On mobile, tap ☰ in the bottom-right corner of the screen (iPhone) or the top-right corner of the screen (Android).
  • Click Friends. This is found near the top of your profile page. It will bring up a list of your Facebook friends. On mobile, tap Friends in the menu.
  • Review the top results. The top 10 to 20 friends in this list are the people with whom you have the most frequent interactions, which means that they most likely visit your profile more often than other people.
  • Consider each of your top friends. Someone who has a few hundred friends is much more likely to view your profile than is someone who has a few thousand friends; this will help you narrow down the list of people who are likely to be viewing your page.If you see a person with whom you don't go out of your way to interact, they're probably viewing your page a fair amount.
  • Look through friend suggestions. If you receive a Facebook notification urging you to add certain people, the people in question are most likely friends of one (or more) of your most frequent profile visitors.
Method 2

Using a Status
  • Open Facebook, then Log in.
  • Select the status text box. Click or tap the text box near the top of the News Feed page. This text box usually has a phrase such as "What's on your mind?" in it.
  • Type in a neutral status. This might be a joke, a fact, or a general statement, but stay away from topics that will evoke strong emotions in your friend group.Avoid mentioning sensitive or partisan issues.Don't tag anyone in your status, as doing so will affect the results..
  • Click Post. It's in the bottom-right corner of the status window. On mobile, you'll tap Share in the upper-right corner instead.
  • Wait to see who likes the status. After a certain amount of time (e.g., 8 hours), review the status to see who liked it.If applicable, make a note of who commented on the status as well.
  • Repeat this test several more times. You'll want at least 5 different statuses to compare against each other.
  • Compare the mutual people who liked your statuses. If you noticed that a large number of the same people liked and/or commented on your Facebook statuses each time, its possible they are visiting your Facebook page more often than other people in your friends list.
Now you know who your Facebook profile visitors are, you may want to send a message to someone who constantly visits your page and likes your posts, it could be them showing interest you know.

How Do I See who has Blocked me on Facebook

 Block     No comments

How Do I See who has Blocked me on Facebook: Do you sometimes wonder if someone blocked you on Facebook? If yo no longer see their posts or profile, it could be they blocked you or they deleted their account. This article would teach you how to know whether a person blocked you on Facebook or simply removed you from their friends list. There is no guaranteed way of knowing this, if you don't contact the person yourself this is going to help you make calculated guesses.

How to Find out If Someone Blocked You

Using Facebook Search
  • Open Facebook and Log in.
  • Select the search bar. Tap or click the white box that says "Search" at the top of the page.
  • Enter the person's name. Type in the name of the person you suspect to have blocked you, then tap See results for [name] (mobile) or press ↵ Enter (desktop).
  • Select the People tab. This is at the top of the page.
  • Sometimes people who have blocked you or deleted their accounts will appear in the All tab of the search results, but they will not show up in the People tab.
  • Look for the person's profile. If you can see the profile while on the People tab of the search results, the person's profile is still active, it only means that they just unfriended you.
  • If you can't find the profile, they may have deleted their account or blocked you from seeing it; however, they may also have set their privacy settings high enough that you can't search for them on Facebook.
  • If you do see the account, try tapping or clicking it. You'll be able to see a limited view of the profile if you aren't blocked.
Using a Mutual Friends List
  • Log in to Facebook.
  • Go to a friend's profile page. This must be a friend who is currently also friends with the person whom you think blocked you.
  • Click/tap on the Friends tab. It's below the grid of photos near the top of their profile (mobile) or directly below their cover photo (desktop).
  • Select the search bar. Tap or click the "Search Friends" bar at the top of the screen (mobile) or in the upper-right side of the Friends page (desktop).
  • Enter the person's name. Type in the name of the person whom you think blocked you. After a while, the friends list should refresh with results.
  • Look for the person's name. If you see the person's name and profile picture in the results, it means they haven't blocked you.
  • If you don't see the name and picture here, the person has either blocked you or deleted their account. One way to find out is by asking the friend whose page you're on to verify the account's existence.
Using Messages
  • Open Facebook and log in.This method only works if you or the person whom you suspect blocked you had at least a one-message conversation with each other. You'll need to use the Facebook website version of Messenger, since the mobile app occasionally still shows blocked accounts.
  • Click the Messages icon,it prompts a drop-down menu.
  • Click See All in Messenger. This link is at the very bottom of the drop-down menu. Doing so opens the Messenger page.
  • Select the conversation. Click the conversation with the person whom you think blocked you. You'll find it in the left-hand column of conversations.
  • You may need to scroll down through this column to find the conversation.
  • Click ⓘ. It's in the upper-right side of the conversation window,it prompts a pop-out window to appear on the right side of the conversation.
  • Look for a link to their profile. If you can't find a link in the sidebar below the "Facebook Profile" heading, you know that they did one of the following:
  • They blocked you. When someone blocks you, you can't reply to their messages or visit their profile.
  • Unfortunately, this is exactly what happens when someone deletes their account.
Ruling Out Deactivation
  • Ask a mutual friend. Once you've determined that you can't access the account of the person whom you suspect blocked you, contact a friend of yours who was also a friend of the other person and ask them if the person's account is still live. If they confirm that the account is still active, then you know you've been blocked.
  • This is the only way to ensure that you've been blocked (or haven't been blocked) without contacting the person directly, but some will consider it to be an invasion of privacy.
  • Check other social media. If you follow the person on Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, or some other social media site, check to see if you suddenly can't find their account. This might indicate that they've blocked you here as well.
  • Alternatively, look for an indication that they deleted their Facebook page. Many people will announce that they have closed their Facebook account on alternate social media.
Contact the person directly. This is the only guaranteed way to be sure that someone has blocked you is by asking them directly. If you choose to do this, make sure it isn't in a threatening or abusive manner. You must also be prepared to hear that they have indeed blocked you, however hard that may be to hear.

If a long time friend has blocked you, you may want to talk to them about continuing the friendship or you can just move on.
